Hello All,
You are invited to join me for the Thriving Through Trauma Workshop🗓 Saturday, March 28, 2026⏰ 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM (CST)💻 Live via Microsoft Teams📌 Meeting ID: 939 448 320 411 3🔐 Passcode: RP9ap9
This workshop is centered on my memoir, Thriving Through Trauma: A Journey to Healing, where I share my lived experience through the lens of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), faith, resilience, and social justice.
Together, we will explore how trauma impacts our lives—and how healing and thriving are truly possible.
Participants will also gain insight from former California Surgeon General Nadine Burke Harris, whose research helps us understand the effects of ACEs on the brain and body.
Please invite someone who may benefit.
This is about healing. This is about understanding. This is about thriving.
✨ A complimentary copy of my memoir is available:https://payhip.com/b/OeYxs
