Kansas Audio-Reader Network

Residents of Wichita and Sedgwick County who experience difficulty reading printed material are eligible for the free services of the Kansas Audio-Reader Network. Audio-Reader provides readings of newspapers (including The Wichita Eagle), magazines and books 24 hours a day. Services are available through a special closed-circuit radio which is loaned free of charge to all eligible individuals. Kansas Audio-Reader is broadcast to special receivers in Wichita via KMUW’s subcarrier audio channel WRRS.
