Gridiron is back in 2026! Join us at 7 p.m. March 12, 13 or 14 — or at 2 p.m. March 14 for a matinee — at Roxy’s Downtown.
Gridiron, one of Wichita’s oldest and most hilarious stage shows, stars members of the local media singing (sort of), dancing (sort of) and spoofing the past year’s news and newsmakers.
Reserve your seats through Roxy’s Downtown for $50 each.
As always, all proceeds directly fund Kansas journalism scholarships.

KMUW, Wichita’s NPR Station, has launched a new monthly event to engage with listeners and the community: Pint Night. Once a month, KMUW invites the public to a local brewery or bar to have a beer with KMUW staff and other public radio listeners. Pint Nights are held from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
There’s no agenda. Just an opportunity for a beverage and fine conversation. The evening is buy-your-own.

For its March 14 Art Together Program, Mark Arts is taking inspiration from springtime, when nature is bursting with creativity, critters and cool rhythms. This Saturday morning program, from 10 a.m.-noon, is perfect for curious kids who love animals, art and music. Activities include a reading of “The Prairie That Nature Built” by a Great Plains Nature Center naturalist and an animal visit, hands-on artmaking using nature’s materials (sticks, flowers and more) to make mandalas, and a performance by the ICT Youth Drumline. It’s free to attend. RSVPs encouraged.
