Wichita community organizations have united to create the Riverfront Legacy Master Plan, a comprehensive vision for future development on the east bank of the Arkansas River, with a focus on the area south of Douglas Avenue to Kellogg and east to Main Street.
Hear from a variety of voices about what the plan could mean for surrounding communities and Wichita's future generations. Find out what's next and how you can share your input at August's Engage ICT: Democracy on Tap.
Our panelists are:
*Nadya Faulx, KMUW digital news editor and reporter
*Darryl Kelly, W - A Community of Young Professionals
*Michael Monteferrante, Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce
*Shelly Prichard, Wichita Community Foundation
The lead organizations behind the Riverfront Legacy Master Plan are Downtown Wichita, Greater Wichita Partnership, Wichita Community Foundation, Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce and Visit Wichita, working together through the regional vision and action plan Project Wichita.
