ShowerUp: Mobile Showers And Personal Care ShowerUp serves those experiencing homelessness and anyone in need by providing mobile showers, hygiene resources, and personal care. It’s our goal to Shower Grace, Hope, and Love with everyone.

Maizy and Beau are getting hitched, when the corn that protects their small community starts to die. The town needs answers. But who will dare to venture beyond the borders of Cob County? Including the knockout songs ‘Woman of the World’, ‘Somebody Will’ and ‘Independently Owned’, this Broadway hit about an unlikely hero, an unscrupulous con artist, and a battle for the heart and soil of a small town, is not to be missed.

Shucked is recommended for ages 10+. Shucked contains adult themes, moments of adult language and a harvest of corny innuendo.

We are a group of individuals practicing cultivation of the mind. All ages and people are welcome. Each week we have a thirty minute guided meditation followed by discussion. Our topics include meditation practice and living a life of compassion and contemplation. You do not need to have any experience to join and you will be welcomed by a very loving group of individuals. This is not a religious gathering. Chicken Wire Empire is a Wisconsin-based bluegrass band known for their dynamic musicality, thorough arrangements, and true-to-life songwriting. The band emerged in 2016 with their debut self-titled album and have since released a prolific catalogue of studio projects and live performances. Their sixth and latest album, Growing Pains, released June 1st 2026, is a veritable culmination of the band’s growth through the past decade.

Daniel Ho’s simple philosophy of presenting music with sincerity and artistry encompasses six consecutive GRAMMY Awards, number-one albums on national airplay charts, and top ten albums on Billboard. In 2010, his solo ‘ukulele CD, Polani (Pure), was the first ‘ukulele album in music history to receive a GRAMMY nomination. On piano the following year, he received a nomination for Best Pop Instrumental Album for his CD, E Kahe Malie (Flowing Gently). Daniel’s album On a Gentle Island Breeze” was nominated for a GRAMMY in the World Music category.

A Honolulu native, Daniel started music lessons at an early age and spent his teenage years orchestrating big band arrangements.

At the Grove School of Music in Los Angeles, he excelled in composition and film scoring. He was the leader and keyboardist of the acclaimed ’90s contemporary jazz band, Kilauea. Daniel performs original songs in English and Hawaiian that feature his versatility on ukulele, slack key guitar, and piano. Notable credits include singing Prince’s “Nothing Compares 2 U” in Hawaiian for the feature film Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), and his widely covered `ukulele instrumental anthem, “Pineapple Mango.” As an independent record company owner, he pursues excellence in composition, performance, audio engineering, and production.

Cold Chocolate is a genre-bending Americana band that fuses folk, funk and bluegrass to create a unique sound all their own. With tight harmonies and skillful musicianship, Ethan Robbins (vocals/guitar/mandolin) and Ariel Bernstein (vocals/percussion/banjo) have quickly gained recognition for their original music and high-energy shows. The Boston-based duo released their sixth full-length album in the winter of 2026.

MakeICT is Wichita's oldest community driven Maker Space. Maker Monday is our open house event, and a great way to experience the makerspace and the maker culture in person. Come tour our shops and see our brand new facility at 5920 E. Mt. Vernon. You’ll learn all about our makerspace, tools, policies, people, and how we operate.

Our tours are free and open to the public. While you are welcome to just show up, we prefer that you register in advance so we have enough members on hand to assist with our tours. Sessions are at 7 pm and 7:30 pm.
