Art is not only for Art Museums. If a picture is worth a thousand words, it stands to reason that art can tell us a lot about the times and place where it was produced. Local history museums exist to explore time and place.

We are a group of individuals practicing cultivation of the mind. All ages and people are welcome. Each week we have a thirty minute guided meditation followed by discussion. Our topics include meditation practice and living a life of compassion and contemplation. You do not need to have any experience to join and you will be welcomed by a very loving group of individuals. This is not a religious gathering. The mid-terms are near. Drop by Evergreen between October 15 and November 2nd and cast a vote for your favorite book character. For ages 4-11.

This self-guided exhibit explores U.S. immigration through documents, maps, and images, sharing stories of people who came by force or choice and how they shaped the nation.

Children ages 2 and under will develop a love of learning as they sing, dance, and enjoy simple stories. Caregivers will learn tips to encourage their child's early learning development. Please note this program will not take place on 11/27 at the Advanced Learning Library.
