  • Shane Coelho joined KMUW in the summer of 2023 after a 13-year tenure in local and state government followed by 10 years at WSU's as Manager of Business and Fiscal Affairs. A long-time listener and fan of Morning Edition, Science Friday and Global Village, Shane could not pass up the opportunity to join the KMUW’s Corporate Sponsorship Team, where his focus is finding sponsors who want to reach the Wichita community and believe in the mission of public radio.   • Karlee Cooper is the Social Media Coordinator at KMUW. She handles the digital promotion for KMUW’s podcasts and commentaries. Karlee also manages KMUW’s many social media accounts, the online community calendar, and the vehicle donation program. Karlee is always looking to engage younger audiences to help build the future of KMUW.
  • Debra Fraser is the General Manager at KMUW. After joining the station in 2014, she has more than doubled the size and scope of the KMUW News team, built a new Community Engagement department, moved the station to new studios in Wichita’s Old Town and made KMUW an integral part of the Kansas News Service.
  • Ellie Keppy is part of KMUW’s Corporate Sponsorship Team, which focuses on finding sponsors who want to reach the Wichita community and believe in the mission of public radio. Ellie found her way into public media — first at PBS Kansas and finally at KMUW — after many years in the meat industry.
  • Jon Paton does all of KMUW’s data management, payment processing, donor deposits, and anything else requiring a detailed spreadsheet. Previously, Jon worked as a Corporate Sponsorship Account Executive coming back to manage membership and underwriting finances. He spends his free time playing table top games while listening to some of his favorite programing like Science Friday on KMUW.
