Republican Congressman Ron Estes, left, and Democrat Laura Lombard are in the race for the 4th District seat.

In south-central Kansas, Republican U.S. Rep. Ron Estes is seeking a second full term representing a district he won easily in 2018 with almost 60% of the vote.

His message to voters: "Keep Kansas red."
