Celebrate the season by crafting winter night scenes crafted with cardstock! This is a drop-in craft for ages 4-11.

Learn how to thread a needle and make basic stitches with this beginner-friendly embroidery project perfect for little hands. For ages 4-11.

The kid's dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids' dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid's dash, and doesn't want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

Art is not only for Art Museums. If a picture is worth a thousand words, it stands to reason that art can tell us a lot about the times and place where it was produced. Local history museums exist to explore time and place.

Since 2022, we have received a generous gift from the Ruth Spooner Stone Charitable Trust, INTRUST Bank to make this possible. Visit us in Downtown Wichita and EXPLORE LOCAL HISTORY in one of America’s finest museums, occupying the original City of Wichita's 1890 City Hall.

Come experience dozens of exhibits featuring thousands of artifacts illuminating our unique local history.
