The demand for the COVID-19 vaccine is high as Kansas is still working through Phase 2 of the state’s vaccine distribution plan. As more vaccine is made available, many private clinics and pharmacies are now administering shots in addition to county health departments. Here’s where you can find a vaccine site near you:
There are currently 20 Walmarts across Kansas that began scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments for people in the Phase 2 category. Most locations are in the Kansas City Metro area. Find a list of other Walmarts offering the vaccine here.
Twenty-two Dillons Pharmacies have the vaccine and will have appointments available for people eligible under Phase 2 of the state’s distribution plan. Currently, appointments are booked out until at least Feb. 24. Several Dillons locations in Wichita and surrounding cities offer the vaccine. Find a location near you
The clinic is offering the vaccine to Native American/Alaska Native individuals ages 55 or older, and established Hunter Health patients 65 and older. Eligible people can fill out the interest form to be contacted as vaccines become available.
Dandurand Drug Store
Owners of the Dandurand Drug Stores have voiced their desire to be a pharmacy that offers the vaccine. There is currently little information regarding when they will receive and begin administering the vaccine, but check the website for updates.

CVS pharmacies are not currently offering the vaccine in Kansas.
The clinic received 250 doses which they gave to their patients during the week of January 28. No further news regarding the clinic receiving additional vaccines for Phase 2 patients has been announced.
Walgreens is not currently offering the vaccine in Kansas but its website allows people to subscribe for updates on when the vaccine becomes available.
The GraceMed Helen Galloway Clinic will receive the Moderna vaccine for Phase 2 eligible individuals with appointments starting March 8th. Current GraceMed patients will be prioritized and appointments can be made by calling the clinic.
