The topic for Engage ICT: Democracy on Tap on August 13, 2019, was the Riverfront Legacy Master Plan. Wichita community organizations are developing a comprehensive vision and master plan for future development on the east bank of the Arkansas River, with a focus on the area south of Douglas Avenue to Kellogg and east to Main Street. We discussed what a Riverfront Legacy Master Plan could mean for surrounding communities and Wichita's future generations, and how community members can share their input.
