Children ages 2 and under will develop a love of learning as they sing, dance, and enjoy simple stories. Caregivers will learn tips to encourage their child's early learning development.

It's never too early to start your child's love of learning! Music, rhymes, activities, and stories for caregivers and babies aged birth to 18 months.

Art is not only for Art Museums. If a picture is worth a thousand words, it stands to reason that art can tell us a lot about the times and place where it was produced. Local history museums exist to explore time and place.

Featuring works from C.A. Seward, John Noble, Edmund Davison, Birger Sandzen, Bruce McGrew, and more!

On view on the Historical Museum's 3rd Floor, throughout 2026 as part of the ongoing Lois Kay Walls visual art exhibition series produced by the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum.

ShowerUp: Mobile Showers And Personal Care ShowerUp serves those experiencing homelessness and anyone in need by providing mobile showers, hygiene resources, and personal care. It’s our goal to Shower Grace, Hope, and Love with everyone.
