Katherine Ambrose
Katherine Ambrose is the co-host of the nationally syndicated daily talk show Aging Untold bringing real, genuine conversations about aging, independence, and caregiving into homes across the country. She is also the founder of the Empowered Senior seminar series, which she launched at Botanica Wichita in 2019. The program grew into the PBS Kansas television series Empowering Seniors, now in its sixth season with over 100 episodes aired statewide, and the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Empowering Seniors Inc.
A nationally recognized senior move specialist and media host, Katherine helps people navigate life transitions. She specializes in downsizing, relocation, and aging-in-place decisions.
Kate Mast
Kate Mast is a Clean-Out Coach located in Wichita, KS. Through her business, Soft Spaces, Kate helps people clean out stressful, emotionally charged spaces in their homes with energetic, collaborative, hands-on support.
Drawing from her background in nursing and sociology, she is passionate about encouraging “intentional stuff management” across all life stages and helping people reflect on the tender work of sorting through our stuff and stories.
Tammey Stubbs
Tammey Stubbs, proprietor of Stubbs Estates, returned to her Midwest roots in 2010, coming back to Wichita from her nearly 30-year career in New York City. After graduating from the University of Kansas in Fine Arts and Education, she headed to NYC to pursue a graduate degree in Design – a Master of Science in Communication Design at the famed Pratt Institute, to be exact.
After several positions as Art Director with various design firms, she formed her own – Art at Large Inc. – specializing in retail design. She and her husband also opened a fine arts gallery in Hell’s Kitchen by the same name.
She is a “Certified Appraiser” and estate sales are her passion.Stubbe Estates serves Wichita and the surrounding areas for estate sales and welcomes consignment and appraisal opportunities throughout the USA. It is one of the top 10 most-viewed estate sales in the state of Kansas.
