Substance use & recovery resources in Sedgwick County

Sedgwick County has several resources available to help people and families dealing with substance use. Here are some community resources that are available in the Wichita-area.

Safe Streets Wichita

Safe Streets is a prevention and harm reduction coalition dedicated to reducing the harm caused by substance misuse in the Wichita-area. The coalition works to increase access to evidence-based harm reduction strategies like overdose prevention and test strips programs.

Developing Caring Communities Committed to Action (DCCCA)

Along with its substance use treatment options, DCCCA provides naloxone, fentanyl test strips and medication disposal bags for any Kansas resident.
