Crossroads marks birthdays of singer Frank Bey, rising star Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, and drummer Willie “Big Eyes” Smith (featured in a concert special with Hubert Sumlin and Bob Margolin in hour two of the show). We also continue our look back at the year in blues with music from a salute to Matt “Guitar” Murphy from Bobby Christina’s Caravan, Taj Mahal, the Bruce Katz Band, and John Primer with Bob Corritore.
