Event Description

Positive Directions, Inc. presents the 25th Annual Wichita AIDS Walk with its first-ever Music Festival and Market on Saturday, July 20th at WAVE from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This event will benefit Positive Directions, Inc., a local nonprofit that focuses on the prevention of HIV/AIDS. This event is family-friendly and is open to the public.

The annual event opens at 10:00 am with a one-mile HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk in downtown Wichita at 11:00 Am. The Walk will be followed by PDI's first-ever Music Festival at 12:00 PM featuring local bands, with headliner Adam Capps Band starting at 9:00 pm. The Festival will include local merchants, non-profits, and games located outside at WAVE. PDI's trained staff and volunteers will be providing FREE HIV tests throughout the day.
