The Prairie Fire Marathon presented by Davis-Moore Automotive Group is May 3, 2026! The race will have a Half-Marathon, 5K, and Mayor’s Friendly 5K run. The Start/Finish line will be located at 225 West Douglas Avenue, Wichita, KS 67202 at Century II.

The Prairie Fire Spring Half Marathon is a USATF Certified Race (certification number coming soon). The route begins and ends at Century II, it will weave through downtown Wichita, along the scenic Arkansas river and parks, and through historic areas of Wichita.

Packet pickup will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Century II; 225 W. Douglas Ave.; Wichita, KS 67202
All packets must be picked up on Saturday. There is no race day packet pickup!
Packets cannot be mailed to participants.
Participants unable to get to packet pickup may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Their representative must show a copy of the participant’s photo ID and a note authorizing the representative to pick up the packet in order to claim the packet and premiums.
The Prairie Fire Race Series does not offer refunds, deferrals, or transfers for any reason.
A $15 fee will be charged for changing races. You must notify the Prairie Fire Race Series office by e-mail to change races or make the change at the expo on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
