Friday is the centennial birthday of gospel great Sister Rosetta Tharpe. Crossroads continues the month-long feature with more music from her, one of her classic songs performed by the Holmes Brothers, related gospel blues, and a House of Blues Gospel Blues special in hour two of the show.
Plus music from Marcia Ball, who also celebrates a birthday Friday, and from several artists with regional concerts in the coming week.
