Watermark is overjoyed to welcome the inimitable poet and essayist Ross Gay back to Wichita for a not-to-be-missed event on October 5, at 6:00 p.m. at the Wichita Art Museum. We will be celebrating the publication of his latest book. "The Book of (More) Delights: Essays" is a new collection of brilliant essays that investigate how delight and joy can be found in the ordinary things we do. Following Gay’s presentation, there will be a Q&A with the audience, followed by a book signing.

Wichita Art Museum graciously accepted to partner with us for this event. Ross’s event compliments their forthcoming exhibition of Barbara Earl Thomas whose art celebrates the everyday and captures regular people in visually stimulating ways. The launch of that exhibit will be on Sunday, October 8th!
