Join Wichita Clean Streams as we celebrate our river!! Launch at boat ramp near Old Cowtwn Museum with your favorite floatie, kayak, SUP, or canoe from 1:30 to 4:30 PM, or rent one of ours! Take a leisurely trip down the Ark River to our Takeout point at RiverVista Bikes and Boats and join us for the Beach Party!

The Big Float is a river float and beach party on the Arkansas River in downtown Wichita. The goal of the Big Float is to build support for improving river access and creating a river habitat for Wichitans. Because this is a fundraiser to fund our River's water quality improvements and education opportunities, refunds are not available. The event will be rescheduled in the event of uncooperative weather.

The event includes music, drinks, food, fun in the sun activities, and more.
All ages are welcome and life jackets are required
