Blues Siblings – Sacred Steel

Friday, April 9 and Sunday, April 11

In conjunction with the April Siblings feature, Crossroads highlights some sibling bands rooted in the sacred steel gospel tradition. We’ll hear music from Robert Randolph & the Family Band, the Campbell Brothers, and the Lee Boys (including a concert special featuring the Lee Boys in hour two of the show).

Crossroads also celebrates the birthday of soul-jazz organ man Reuben Wilson with some of the more bluesy tracks he’s recorded, and highlights new releases from Dave Alvin and Damon Fowler.
