NFL Concussion Settlement Clears Final Court Hurdle

An estimated $1 billion settlement between thousands of former NFL players and the league can proceed. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal in the concussion-related case. Players and families sued over brain damage they blamed on the game.
