A Musical Life

Ryan Stoldt is the main songwriter and co-founder of the band Twin Cities. He is also a member of Coriander and Team Tremolo.

Kyle Dick is promoter with Naymlis Entertainment which books and promotes a variety of events in the Wichita area.

Michael Carmody is a veteran of numerous Wichita bands including Winking Spaniard, The Sluggos, Jones 6, The New Deal, Carganza.

Jenny Wood is a Wichita-based songwriter, guitarist and vocalist whose many musical projects include her solo work and fronting The Watchers. She is at work on a new album featuring Katy Guillen and The Girls. On this installment, she discusses her abilities as a whistler.

Scott Allan Knost is a Kansas-based musician who has more than a decade of performing, writing and touring behind him. He has shared the stage with an eclectic mix of acts including LA Guns, Truckstop Honeymoon and Martin Sexton. Knost frequently tours Asia and Europe. Here, he discusses his beloved guitar, Guinevere, a name derived from the Edwin McCain song.

Jackson Graham is a drummer/percussionist studying Music Performance at Wichita State University. He performs in a variety of musical projects, including the solo drum and keyboard project Information Welfare.

Zach Shoffner has played in Wichita bands for over a decade now. He is currently lead guitarist with the group The Candy Lords and a founding member of the group Keen Kutter, with his fiancée, Britt Boman.

John Salem has performed music in a variety of settings for several decades now. He currently performs with the Macy Brothers Band, the Westerman Brothers Band, The Boomers and various pick up gigs. His songs have been recorded by Rudy Love, The Gap Band (“I Miss You Most of All At Christmas”) and others. He also appeared on Tracy Nelson’s Homemade Songs LP. Jordan Dee Minnis is a Wichita based singer-songwriter and Wichita State University student. You can hear her perform at a variety of Wichita venues.

Joe Stumpe is a Wichita-based singer-songwriter who has recently released the CD Jump The Track under his own name. He is also a member of the band Fly By Night and a journalist with more than 30 years of experience.
