New Music From Peabo Bryson

Sunday on Soulsations, new music from long-time soul vocalist Peabo Bryson. The Grammy-winning tenor has been called the Pavarotti of soul singers. Bryson, known for hits like "Feel the Fire" and Disney's "It's A Whole New World," has out a new album, Stand for Love. The singer/songwriter teamed up with legendary producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis for the project.

Carla Eckels is Director of Organizational Culture at KMUW. She produces and hosts the R&B and gospel show Soulsations and brings stories of race and culture to The Range with the monthly segment In the Mix. Carla was inducted into The Kansas African American Museum's Trailblazers Hall of Fame in 2020 for her work in broadcast/journalism.
