Celebrating The Season Of 'Thanksliving'

During this season of “Thanksliving," we have some uplifting thank you songs coming your way, including William DeVaughn with the 1974 classic "Be Thankful for What You Got", Sly and the Family Stone with "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)" and gospel icon Walter Hawkins & The Love Center Choir with "Thank You." Plus, this week’s DoubleTake features a song of thanks from Maze featuring Frankie Beverly and a cover by a family of singers — J. Moss, The Clark Sisters and Kierra Sheard.

She produces and hosts the R&B and gospel show Soulsations and brings stories of race and culture to The Range with the monthly segment In the Mix. Carla was inducted into The Kansas African American Museum's Trailblazers Hall of Fame in 2020 for her work in broadcast/journalism.
