2017 marked the 46th annual Wichita River Festival - where a button is admission to contests, concerts, and a food court, among many other activities.
The festival celebrates the vibrancy of the Arkansas River and the creativity of Wichitans. Among the sounds in this Audio Postcard we hear food frying, a canoe race, and pickleball: a new addition to this year's festival.
