Alligator Records – The First Five Years

Crossroads celebrates the 50^th anniversary of Alligator Records throughout this month and this time will highlight the first five years of the label, with releases from Hound Dog Taylor, Big Walter Horton with Carey Bell, Son Seals, Fenton Robinson, and the first Grammy nominated album for the label from Koko Taylor. We’ll also hear more recent label titles from Nick Moss and Shemekia Copeland, and a special in hour two featuring an interview with label head Bruce Iglauer that was done for Alligator’s 40^th anniversary.
