Poll: War, Economy Shift U.S. Tax Views

The percentage of Americans who say their federal income taxes are too high is the lowest it has been since the 1960s, a new poll says. The study by NPR, the Kaiser Family Foundation, and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government shows that war, a weak economy and a rising deficit have persuaded many Americans it's not a good time for tax cuts.
