Several groups, including the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, are sponsoring a forum for the Republican candidates for governor.

The forum will take place Thursday, March 29, at Botanica. The event begins at 6 p.m.

Former state Sen. Jim Barnett, Secretary of State Kris Kobach and Insurance Commissioner Ken Selzer have confirmed their attendance. Each will open with a three-minute statement and then take turns answering questions.

Other groups sponsoring the forum include the Wichita Independent Business Association, the Wichita Crime Commission, the Wichita Area Builders Association and the South Central Realtors Association.
