http://workforce-ks.com

The 2017 KANSASWORKS Statewide Job Fairwill take place on Thursday, March 9. Employers will be on hand to talk to prospective employees at 11 workforce centers across the state including in Wichita, Wellington and El Dorado.

Twenty-five employers will be at the KANSASWORKS Statewide Job Fair in Wichita. Angie Duntz, communications director for Workforce Alliance, says job seekers will be able to apply for a variety of positions at all three sites in southcentral Kansas.

“In Wichita, we'll have Starkey, Cox Communications, the banking industry and some manufacturers," Duntz says. "In Wellington, we have 10 different employers including Tech Aerospace, the sheriff’s office, and Dillion's stores. In El Dorado, the detention facility and Flint Hills Services – the hospital there in El Dorado – will also be present.”

Duntz says job seekers should bring plenty of resumes and be ready for a possible onsite interview.
