My name is Corneilus Baby Neal, and I grew up in Wichita, Kansas. I joined the band The Smart Brothers, just getting ready to get out of High School. I stayed with the band for about 10 years and traveled. Now recently,Numero Group made us a CD/LP’s called Eccentric Soul:Smart’s Palace of this funky soul Music, of the 60’s and 70’s! And I’m very happy about this,as is my wife Melinda Neal.
