Spirit of the Stairs has become one of the most popular local musical acts of recent years. The instrumental quintet continues to explore, expand and define its unique brand of rock. KMUW's Jedd Beaudoin spoke with guitarists Torin Andersen and Zack Roach in this interview.Bring your lawn chairs and join us this evening, Final Friday, for performances by Spirit of the Stairs, Notes/Scraps, and Ryan Windham at the Ulrich Museum of Art's new outdoor plaza. The concert is free and open to all ages.
