Some Lawmakers Have Concerns Over New Voting Rules

Some new voting requirements have taken effect in Kansas.Voters will now be required to show a photo ID at the polls.
Starting in 2013, people registering to vote for the first time in Kansas will have to prove their citizenship. A legislative committee Tuesday reviewed the new rules.
