Slow Food Organization Enters a Chili Cook Off

A 20-year-old international movement that supports local food systems and advocates for a more intimate relationship with what’s on our dinner plate has made its way to Wichita. The Wichita/Flint Hills Slow Food Organization formed this spring and has spent months preparing to enter their Kansas-grown chili in a chili cook off.
