Judge To Rule on Smoking Ban in Wichita

A Sedgwick County judge will decide whether to continue an injunction pending trial, regarding a Wichita smoking ordinance. The statewide smoking ban that went into effect July 1st prohibits smoking in most public places across Kansas but the state law has not been enforced in Wichita. KMUW’s Carla Eckels reports…
