Natalie Olmsted - Director of Development

A proud Wichita native, Natalie made the long trek across the Wichita State campus to KMUW from the WSU Foundation, where she worked in fundraising for more than five years.

A die-hard Shocker, she loves all things WSU and has been attending WSU basketball games with her father since she was 7 years old. She earned her B.A. in English and her MFA in Creative Writing from Wichita State University and continues to write in her spare time.

She and her husband, Brad, are advocates of the art and music community in Wichita, as well as Wichita as a whole. You can often spot them at Final Friday events, wherever there is live music or riding their bicycles through Delano and Old Town.

Members and avid fans of KMUW, they love listening to the diverse music programming while lounging on their deck with their dog, Eleanor Rigby, and cat, Day Tripper.
